By June first we are very busy planting our 30 acres of vegetable crops. We grow our own scallions, green & yellow squash, snap beans, salad and pickle cucumbers, dill, various bell and hot peppers, tomatoes, red & green cabbage, sweet corn, assorted pumpkins and gourds, assorted winter squashes, ornamental corn, and a few other miscellanous crops.
